Check your Microsoft account at https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey
Sign in with the account used on the device
Check a work or school account in Azure AD/Entra ID if the device is managed
Contact your organization’s IT administrator
Check a printed copy of the recovery key
Check a saved text file or document where the key was stored
Check a USB drive where the recovery key was saved
Look in email messages for a sent recovery key
Check Active Directory if the device is joined to a domain
Check the BitLocker setup records or device documentation
If you cannot find it, reset or reinstall the device after backing up data if possible
