Open YouTube
Sign in to your YouTube account
Go to Library
Select Playlists
Click New playlist
Enter a playlist name
Choose the privacy setting: Public, Unlisted, or Private
Click Create
Open the playlist you created
Click Add videos
Search for videos or paste video URLs
Select the videos you want
Click Add
Reorder videos by dragging them (if available)
Edit playlist details (optional): description, visibility, and settings
