You cannot see messages that were unsent on Instagram through the app
Instagram removes unsent messages from the chat for both people
You may only see them if you already viewed them before they were unsent
Check notification previews if message notifications were enabled
Check email or device notification history if your phone saves notifications
Check screenshots or screen recordings if you saved them earlier
Check message backups only if your device or third-party backup captured the notification
Avoid third-party apps or websites claiming to recover unsent Instagram messages
Report suspicious or abusive behavior to Instagram if needed
