Click the Start menu
Select the Power icon
Click Restart
If the laptop is frozen, press and hold the Power button until it turns off
Wait a few seconds
Press the Power button again to turn it back on
If using the keyboard, press Ctrl + Alt + Delete
Select the Power icon
Click Restart
If the laptop is unresponsive, disconnect the charger
Remove the battery if it is removable
Press and hold the Power button for 10 to 15 seconds
Reconnect power
Turn the laptop on again
