Save the person’s phone number in your contacts
Open WhatsApp
Refresh your contacts list in WhatsApp
Search for the saved contact
Open the chat and send a message
If the number is not saved, use a direct WhatsApp link with the phone number
Make sure the phone number includes the correct country code
If the person has not shared their number or blocked messages, you cannot chat with them directly
