Open the JioSaavn app or MyJio app
Go to the JioTunes or Caller Tune section
Select the active tune
Tap Deactivate or Remove
Confirm the deactivation
Send STOP to 56789 from your Jio number
Follow the SMS instructions to deactivate the caller tune
Call 155223 from your Jio number
Follow the IVR instructions to remove the caller tune
Use the MyJio app
Go to Settings or Services
Open JioTunes
Turn off or deactivate the service
