If you forgot your own Gmail password, use Google Account Recovery: https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery
Try the “Forgot password?” option on the Gmail sign-in page.
Use a recovery email or recovery phone number if you set one up.
Check a saved password in your browser or password manager if you previously stored it.
If you still have a signed-in device, go to your Google Account security settings and change the password.
Turn on 2-Step Verification after regaining access.
If you suspect account compromise, review recent security activity and sign out of unknown devices.
