Charge the earbuds in the case until the battery indicator shows they’re ready
Turn on Bluetooth on your phone or device
Take both earbuds out of the charging case
Put the earbuds into pairing mode (keep the earbuds in your ears, then press and hold the touch/control area on both earbuds until the LED flashes or you hear pairing)
If pairing doesn’t start automatically, place the earbuds back in the case for a few seconds, then take them out again and try again
On your device, open Bluetooth settings and scan for available devices
Select “JBL” (or the specific model name shown) from the list
Confirm any pairing prompts that appear on your device
Wait for the connection to complete and verify audio plays through the earbuds
If you want to pair another device, disconnect from the current device in Bluetooth settings, then repeat the pairing steps
To reset pairing (if needed): remove earbuds from Bluetooth, then put earbuds in the case and press/hold the case button or touch controls until the LED indicates reset, then re-pair
