Visit the Income Tax e-Filing portal: https://www.incometax.gov.in
Click on “Link Aadhaar Status” or “Link Aadhaar”
Enter your PAN number and Aadhaar number
Enter the mobile number linked with Aadhaar
Submit the details
Enter the OTP received on your mobile
Check the status shown on the screen
If already linked, the portal will show the linked status
If not linked, the portal will show the option to link PAN with Aadhaar
You can also check status through the SMS service if available
Send an SMS in the prescribed format from your registered mobile number to the designated number provided by the Income Tax Department
Wait for the confirmation message
Ensure your PAN and Aadhaar details match exactly before checking status
