Open the file, photo, or document you want to convert
Tap the Share or More menu
Select Print
Choose Save as PDF or PDF option
Select the page range if needed
Tap Save or Download
Choose the folder or location on your phone
Rename the file if needed
Tap Save again
Open your file manager to find the PDF
