Visit the Income Tax e-Filing portal
Log in with your PAN and password
Go to the e-Pay Tax option
Select New Payment
Choose Income Tax as the tax type
Select Advance Tax as the payment type
Enter the assessment year
Fill in the tax amount
Choose the payment method
Complete the payment through net banking, debit card, or other available options
Save the challan receipt after payment
Verify the payment in your tax records
