Find the order you want to track
Click Track Package or Track Shipment
View the tracking details and delivery status
Use the tracking number on the carrier’s website if needed
Check your email or Amazon app for shipping updates
Open the Amazon app and tap Your Orders to track from mobile
If the order is from a third-party seller, check the seller’s tracking information
Contact Amazon Customer Service if tracking is unavailable or incorrect
