Visit the nearest Aadhaar Enrolment/Update Centre
Carry your Aadhaar card and a valid identity proof with the correct father’s name
Fill out the Aadhaar Update/Correction form
Select the option for demographic update
Enter the correct father’s name exactly as per the supporting document
Submit the form along with the required documents
Provide biometric verification if asked
Pay the applicable update fee
Collect the update acknowledgement slip with the URN
Track the update status using the URN on the UIDAI website
Download the updated Aadhaar after the change is approved
