Log in with your registered user ID and password
Go to the policy services or e-services section
Select the policy you want to surrender
Check the surrender eligibility and policy details
Download or open the surrender request form if available
Fill in the required surrender details
Upload the necessary documents, such as policy bond, ID proof, bank details, and canceled cheque
Submit the surrender request online
Note the request/reference number after submission
Wait for LIC to verify the request and process the surrender amount
Track the status through the LIC portal or customer support
Receive the surrender value in your registered bank account after approval
