Enter your mobile number
Enter the OTP received on your phone
Add your photo ID details
Select your state as Assam
Search for nearby vaccination centers
Choose a date and time slot
Confirm the appointment
Save or download the appointment slip
Carry your photo ID and appointment slip to the vaccination center
You can also register through the Aarogya Setu app or Umang app
