Open the Instagram app or website
Go to your profile
Tap the menu icon
Select Settings and privacy
Tap Accounts Center
Tap Accounts
Select the Facebook account
Tap Remove from Accounts Center
Confirm the removal
Open Facebook if needed
Go to Settings and privacy
Open Accounts Center
Check that Instagram is no longer linked
