Locate the front headlight assembly (front bumper area).
Disconnect the vehicle’s battery negative terminal.
Turn the headlight switch to the OFF position.
Remove the front headlight dust cover or access panel (if equipped).
Unplug the headlight connector from the bulb housing.
Release the bulb retainer (twist-lock or spring clip, depending on the model).
Remove the old bulb without touching the glass (handle by the base).
Install the new bulb by aligning the tabs/notches with the socket.
Secure the bulb retainer until it locks firmly.
Reconnect the electrical connector.
Reinstall the dust cover or access panel.
Reconnect the battery negative terminal.
Test the headlights (low and high beams, if applicable).
Adjust headlight aim if the new bulb is not aligned correctly (per vehicle specifications).
