Download and install the mouse vendor’s software/driver (e.g., Logitech G HUB, Razer Synapse, SteelSeries Engine, Corsair iCUE, Zowie/BenQ software if applicable)
Open the installed mouse software
Go to your mouse’s performance or settings page
Find “Polling Rate” or “Report Rate”
Select the desired polling rate (commonly 125 Hz, 250 Hz, 500 Hz, 1000 Hz)
Apply/Save the setting
If available, reboot the mouse/PC to ensure the change takes effect
Verify in the software (polling rate indicator) or with a polling-rate test tool
If no vendor software exists, update the mouse driver and check Windows settings for any available HID/report-rate options
Re-check polling rate after firmware updates or software reinstallations
