Wash immediately after use with hot water and mild dish soap
Scrub with a brush or non-scratch sponge to remove food particles

Sanitize by applying 1 tablespoon unscented liquid chlorine bleach per 1 gallon of water, then soaking or wiping for 1–2 minutes
Rinse well after sanitizing and dry completely
Remove odors by rubbing with a paste of baking soda and a little water, then rinse and dry
Remove stubborn stains by sprinkling baking soda, scrubbing gently, rinsing, and drying
For deep cleaning, scrape off residue, wash, sanitize, and air-dry fully before storing
Oil the board regularly with food-grade mineral oil or cutting board oil until absorbed
Avoid soaking the board in water
Avoid putting the board in the dishwasher
Avoid soaking or submerging in bleach solution longer than recommended
Avoid steel wool or harsh abrasives
Store dry and flat or standing on edge with airflow
