Install Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, or WPS Office from the app store
Open the app and sign in if required
Tap the plus icon or New Presentation
Choose a blank presentation or a template
Tap the first slide to edit the title
Add text by tapping the text box or insert option
Use the toolbar to change font, size, color, and alignment
Tap the plus or insert option to add images, shapes, tables, or charts
Add more slides by tapping New Slide
Rearrange slides by holding and dragging them
Save the presentation to your device or cloud storage
Export or share the PPT as a PowerPoint file or PDF
Review the slides before sending or presenting
