How To Clean Washer?

Run a cleaning cycle with washer cleaner or distilled white vinegar (follow product directions)

Remove and clean the detergent drawer/dispenser: pull out, soak in warm water, scrub, rinse, dry

Wipe the door seal/gasket (front-load): remove debris and residue using a damp cloth and mild detergent

Clean the drum: wipe visible spots; for stubborn buildup, use a soft brush and a mild cleaner

Clean the drain filter/pump area (front-load/top-load if accessible): place a towel, open cover carefully, empty debris, rinse, reinstall

Clean the inlet screens/hoses: turn off water, remove screens, rinse, and reattach

Wipe the exterior and control panel with a damp cloth; dry with a clean towel

Leave the door/lid open after use to dry fully

Check and remove any remaining water from the bottom of the washer if applicable

Re-run a rinse/spin cycle if you used vinegar or cleaner to remove odor/residue

Repeat monthly for maintenance, or more often if you notice odor, residue, or slow drainage
