Put both earbuds back in the charging case
Keep the case lid open
Press and hold the touch controls on both earbuds for about 10 to 15 seconds
Wait for the LED indicators to flash or turn off and on
Close the case lid
Open the lid again and take out the earbuds
Pair the earbuds with your device again
If needed, forget the Airdopes from your phone’s Bluetooth list before reconnecting
