Open Instagram and go to the Reel you want to share
Tap the paper airplane or share icon
Select Add to story
Edit the Story if needed
Tap Your Story or Close Friends to post
If Add to story is not available, the Reel may have sharing disabled by the creator
To share the full Reel, make sure the Reel is public and allows sharing
If needed, save the Reel first and upload it to your Story manually
