How To Create A Google Form?

Go to https://forms.google.com

Sign in with your Google account

Click “Blank” or select a template

Enter a form title

Add a form description (optional)

Click “Untitled form” to rename sections (optional)

Add questions using the “+” button

Choose a question type (e.g., Short answer, Multiple choice, Checkbox)

Enter the question text

Add answer options (if applicable)

Click “Required” to make the question mandatory (optional)

Add more sections using the “Add section” option (optional)

Customize the form theme using the palette icon (optional)

Click the settings icon (gear) to configure options

Set “Collect email addresses” (optional)

Enable or disable “Limit to 1 response” (optional)

Enable or disable “Response receipts” (optional)

Enable or disable “Shuffle question order” (optional)

Enable or disable “Show progress bar” (optional)

Enable or disable “Release date” and “Time” for responses (optional)

Click “Responses” to review submitted answers

Click “Send” to share the form

Choose a sharing method (email, link, embed, or social media)

Copy the link or embed code and paste where needed
