Open the Google Photos app or go to photos.google.com
Sign in to the Google account you want to manage
Select the photos or videos you want to delete
Tap or click the trash icon
Confirm the deletion
Open the Trash or Bin folder
Select Delete permanently to remove them completely
To stop future backups, open Google Photos settings
Tap or click Backup
Turn Backup off
To remove backed-up items from your device only, delete them from the device gallery and keep Backup off
To delete all Google Photos content, select all photos and videos
Delete them
Empty the Trash or Bin folder
To delete the backup from Google Drive storage, check Google One storage and remove unwanted files if needed
