Open the Word document you want to download
Click the Download or Save button (or the Download arrow icon)
Choose the file format (for example, .docx or .pdf, if available)
Select the download location on your device
Click Save or Download
Wait for the download to complete
Open the downloaded file from your device’s Downloads folder (or the selected location)
