How To Draw A Bee?

Draw an oval for the bee’s body

Add a smaller oval near one end for the head

Sketch two small circles on the head for eyes

Draw a curved line from the head to the body to define the face area

Add two antennae: two thin lines coming from the top of the head

Draw a tiny hook or tip at the end of each antenna

Add two wings above the body as slightly teardrop shapes

Draw the wing veins with a couple of curved lines

Add stripes across the body: alternating bands (dark and light) from near the head to the back

Draw the stinger at the rear tip as a small pointed triangle or taper

Add front legs as two short curved lines on the lower front of the body

Add back legs as two more short curved lines lower on the body

Refine the outline of the body and head

Clean up stripe edges and make the segments consistent

Add small shading lines or dots on the body if desired

Erase unnecessary construction lines

Outline with a darker line for a finished look

Color: yellow/orange body with black stripes; wings light gray/white; antennae and legs dark
