Wash the kiwi under running water.
Cut off both ends.
Slice the kiwi in half lengthwise.
Scoop out the flesh with a spoon, or peel the skin and slice the fruit.
Eat the fruit immediately, or cut into slices/chunks.
Remove the small central core if desired, or eat it as is.
Store leftover kiwi in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–5 days.
