Open the Settings app
Tap System (or General management)
Tap Reset options (or Reset)
Tap Erase all data (factory reset)
Review the information
If prompted, enter your PIN, pattern, or password
Tap Erase all data (or Reset phone)
Wait for the reset to complete and the phone to restart
Set up the phone again (choose language, Wi-Fi, accounts)
