Select the cells, range, worksheet, or entire workbook
Go to the Home tab
Click Conditional Formatting
Click Clear Rules
Choose Clear Rules from Selected Cells
Choose Clear Rules from Entire Sheet
To remove all conditional formatting in the workbook, repeat for each sheet
To delete a specific rule, click Conditional Formatting
Click Manage Rules
Select the rule
Click Delete Rule
Click OK
