If it’s your account, use Instagram’s password reset option.
Open Instagram and tap Forgot password? or Get help logging in.
Enter your email, phone number, or username.
Follow the link or code sent to you to create a new password.
If you’re already logged in on a device, go to Settings and change your password.
Check your saved passwords in your browser or phone password manager if you may have stored it there.
Use a trusted device and enable two-factor authentication after resetting.
If you think your account was hacked, secure your email account first and then reset Instagram password.
