You cannot reopen a one-time photo in WhatsApp after it has been viewed and closed
Ask the sender to resend the photo if you need to see it again
Ask the sender to send it as a normal photo instead of a one-time photo
Check whether the sender also shared the photo in another chat, app, or backup location
If you did not open it yet, view it only once before closing it
