Go to https://help.steampowered.com/
Sign in to your Steam account
Select “Purchases”
Choose the item you want a refund for
Click “I would like a refund”
Confirm the refund request details
Submit the request
Check your email/Steam notifications for the refund status
If needed, open a support ticket from the same page and follow the prompts
