Fill out the Aadhaar update/correction form for Date of Birth
Submit a valid Date of Birth proof document
Provide your Aadhaar number and biometric verification if asked
Pay the applicable update fee
Collect the acknowledgment slip with the Update Request Number
Track the update status using the URN on the UIDAI portal
Download the updated Aadhaar after the change is approved
