Open Device Manager
Expand the hardware category
Right-click the device
Select Update driver
Choose Search automatically for drivers
Follow the on-screen prompts
Restart the computer if prompted
Download the latest driver from the manufacturer’s website
Run the driver installer
Follow the installation prompts
Restart the computer after installation
Use Windows Update to check for driver updates
Check the device manufacturer’s support page for newer drivers
Uninstall and reinstall the device driver if needed
Roll back the driver if the new version causes issues
