Log in to the EPFO Unified Member Portal using your UAN and password
Ensure your UAN is activated and your KYC details are verified
Check that your Aadhaar, PAN, and bank account are linked and approved
Go to the Online Services section
Select Claim Form-31, 19, 10C & 10D
Verify your personal details and bank account details
Choose the appropriate claim type for pension withdrawal
Enter the last four digits of your bank account for verification
Submit the claim request using the registered mobile number OTP
Track the claim status in the portal
If eligible, receive the pension withdrawal amount in your bank account
For offline withdrawal, submit Form 10D or the applicable pension claim form to the concerned EPFO office
Attach required documents such as Aadhaar, bank passbook, and service details
Get employer attestation if required
Follow up with EPFO for claim processing status
