Open the repository on GitHub
Go to the file you want to delete
Open the file
Click the pencil icon or the three-dot menu
Select Delete file
Add a commit message
Choose whether to commit directly to the branch or create a new branch
Click Commit changes
Repeat for any other files you want to remove
