Confirm the exchange value shown by Flipkart
Complete the payment for the new phone
Keep your old phone ready for pickup or delivery exchange
Hand over the old phone to the delivery agent during delivery
Make sure the old phone matches the details entered
Remove your SIM card, memory card, and personal data before exchange
Check the final invoice and exchange confirmation after order completion
