Locate the garage door opener’s “Learn,” “Program,” or “Smart” button on the motor unit
Press and release the Learn button
Within 30 seconds, press and hold the button on the remote you want to program
Release the remote button when the opener light flashes or the door clicks
Test the remote by pressing the programmed button
If needed, repeat the process for additional remotes
To erase all remotes, press and hold the Learn button until the indicator light turns off, then reprogram the remotes
If the remote does not work, replace the battery and try again
