Sign in to the email account you want to delete
Open the account settings or profile settings
Go to Security, Account, or Privacy settings
Find the option for Delete account, Close account, or Remove account
Follow the on-screen instructions
Enter your password if prompted
Confirm the deletion request
Check your recovery email or phone if verification is required
Wait for the account deletion process to complete
Remove the email account from all devices and apps if needed
