Select the reason for the return
Choose a return method (drop-off or pickup, if available)
Confirm the return address and shipping options
Print the return label and any required paperwork
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible
Include all required parts, accessories, and documentation
Attach the shipping label to the outside of the package
Drop off the package at the carrier location listed on the label, or schedule pickup if available
Keep the return receipt or tracking information
Track the return status in Your Orders until Amazon processes it
