Select the option to create an ABHA address/card
Choose to register using Aadhaar or mobile number
Enter your Aadhaar number or mobile number
Verify with the OTP sent to your registered mobile number
Fill in the required personal details
Set your ABHA address if prompted
Review and submit the application
Download or save your ABHA card after registration is complete
