Get a sheet of white paper or parchment paper
Measure the paper around your head
Cut the paper into a long rectangle
Fold the rectangle lengthwise to make a band
Tape or glue the short ends together to form a circle
Cut a larger sheet of paper into a wide circle or oval
Make small cuts around the edge of the circle
Fold the cut edges slightly upward to create shape
Attach the top piece to the headband with tape or glue
Add extra paper strips if you want a taller chef hat
Decorate the hat if desired
Let the glue dry before wearing
