Open QuickTime Player
Click File
Select New Movie Recording
Click the arrow next to the record button to choose the camera and microphone
Click the red record button to start recording
Click the stop button in the menu bar to end recording
Save the video when prompted
Use Screenshot toolbar by pressing Shift + Command + 5
Select Record Entire Screen or Record Selected Portion
Click Record
Click the stop button in the menu bar to finish recording
Save the screen recording file
Use Photo Booth for webcam recording
Open Photo Booth
Click the red camera button to record
Stop recording when finished
Save or export the video file
