Use Discord’s spoiler formatting by wrapping text in double vertical bars: `||hidden text||`
On desktop, highlight the text, then click the spoiler formatting option if available
On mobile, select the text and choose the spoiler option from the text formatting menu
Send the message with the spoiler tags to hide the text until it is clicked
For images or attachments, mark them as spoiler before sending so they are hidden until opened
