Open your Canva design
Click Elements in the left sidebar
Search for Table
Select a table from the results
Click or drag the table onto your design
Resize the table as needed
Click a cell to add text
Use the toolbar to edit font, color, alignment, and spacing
Add or remove rows and columns using the table controls
Adjust borders and background colors if needed
