Open the YouTube app or website
Go to the user’s channel or comment
Click or tap the three dots next to their name
Select Block user or Hide user from channel
Confirm the action if prompted
To block someone from comments, use Hide user from channel
To stop seeing their content, click Not interested on their videos
To prevent a channel from contacting you, use YouTube Studio or comment moderation settings if you manage a channel
