Power off the phone
Locate the SIM tray
Insert a SIM eject tool or a small paperclip into the tray hole
Press gently until the tray pops out
Pull the tray out carefully
Remove the SIM card from the tray
Reinsert the empty tray if needed
Power the phone back on
