Open the Clock app
Tap Alarm
Tap the plus icon
Set the time
Choose AM or PM
Tap Save
To edit an alarm, tap Edit, then tap the alarm
To turn an alarm on or off, use the switch next to it
To delete an alarm, swipe left on it or tap Edit and delete it
