Open QuickTime Player
Click File
Select New Movie Recording, New Audio Recording, or New Screen Recording
Click the red Record button
Choose your microphone, camera, or screen options if needed
Start recording
Click the Stop button when finished
Save the recording when prompted
Use Voice Memos for quick audio recordings
Use Screenshot toolbar by pressing Shift + Command + 5 for screen recording
Use Photo Booth for webcam recording
Use third-party apps like OBS Studio for advanced recording
